Chair Massage At Work

Some business owners are misinformed about the wants and needs of their workers. The leaders believe that if they continue giving the staff bonuses, and financial incentives that they will be motivated and love their job. While it is true that money drives people to do more, sometimes it is not enough to compensate for the stress in which the employees deal with on a daily basis. Money may buy cars, houses, and fancy new material things, but it cannot take away tension headaches, neck pain, repetitive motion injuries on the job, or difficulty sleeping due to the anxiety of going to work the next day. One way that companies can take away stress that does not involve giving them financial awards is providing them with a chair massage to ease some of the tension from the busy workplace. 
One company that specializes in this type of treatment is New England Workplace Therapies. Employers use them to create a chair massage schedule for their workers. Some schedules include daily treatments. Others are bi-weekly, weekly, or just for a reward once in a while. This type of therapy is one way that employers can reward their employees, express gratitude, improve employee production, and make workers keep coming back to work day after day. Even in high paying jobs, people sometimes quit because of the pressure they are under. Therefore, increasing salaries and giving bonuses is not always effective. This is why it is critical that employers begin to think outside of the box when it comes to rewards and incentives programs.
